African Amber — Mac and Jack's, (5.8% ABV) Redmond, WA
This beer erupts with a floral, hoppy taste, followed by a well rounded malty middle, finishing with a nicely organic hop flavor. Locally sourced two row grain and a blend of specialty malts give our amber its rich taste. Further complexity is achieved by leaving the beer unfiltered, providing exceptional flavor, as well as giving our amber its unique "cloudy" look. Lastly, we dry hop with locally grown, Yakima valley hops creating what has become the original, cult classic, northwest amber ale.

Weihenstephaner Hefe-Weissbier — Hefeweizen, (5.4% ABV), Bavaria, Germany
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.
Houblon Chouffe — Brasserie d'Achouffe, (9.9% ABV), Achouffe, Belgium
The gnomes of Fairyland may be little, but they have big, very big, personalities. HOUBLON CHOUFFE matches their impish spirits. All gnomes, with their innate good taste, are in full agreement about HOUBLON CHOUFFE, which is flavoured by three different types of hops. This India Pale Ale is appreciated for its pronounced bitterness combined with the fruity tones of traditional Achouffe beers: it softens the strongest of characters.

We use a blend of mostly acidic apples including Baya Marisa (red fleshed apple) to make a refreshing rose with a beautiful natural pink hue. Its low tannins give it a light yet sharp palate that is at home in everything from stemware to solo cups. Perky and clever: the one who has a sweet face backed by really sharp wit.

Cuvée des Jacobins Rouge Flanders Sour — Omer Vander Ghinste, (5.5% ABV), Belgium
Cuvée des Jacobins Rouge is a Flemish Sour Ale, red in color with a beguiling balance of malty sweetness and acidic sharpness. It is made from spontaneously fermented and barrel-aged beer of at least 18 months in age. The beer is cooled overnight in a large, shallow metal vessel called a coolship and then fermented and aged in large oak foudres which are made in France and assembled on-site at Bockor.

Duchesse de Bourgogne — Brouwerij Verhaeghe, (6.2% ABV), Vichte, Belgium
“Duchesse de Bourgogne” is a Flanders Red Ale of mixed fermentation. It is a sweet-fruity ale with a pleasant fresh aftertaste. This ale is brewed with roasted malts and with hops with a low bitterness. After the main fermentation and the lagering , the “Duchesse de Bourgogne” matures further for many months in oak casks. The tannins in the oak give the “Duchesse de Bourgogne” its fruity character.
